As the heart of our production, you'll transform aluminum into precise building components and complex structures. You'll work on manufacturing unique sun protection systems, doors, windows, and facades that set standards. Here, your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical drawings are crucial. You'll play a significant role in the creation process of our quality products and directly contribute to the success of our challenging projects, making Baier a leading company in lightweight metal construction. This role is ideal for those who thrive on turning raw materials into architectural masterpieces.
Requisitos do cargo
- Completed apprenticeship as a metal fabricator (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification.
- Good German language skills (at least B2 level) or very good English skills for team and client communication.
- Strong manual dexterity and technical understanding.
- Ability to read and implement technical drawings.
Pode constituir uma vantagem
- Comprehensive prior knowledge of assembly and construction or solid experience in construction.
- Additional qualifications such as forklift, aerial work platform, or scaffolding licenses.
- Valid German driving license Class B (car/light van).
- Driving license Class BE (trailer).
