We are looking for skilled workers with experience within cutting and processing meat lamb, pork or/and beef.
Length of assignment: August-December 2023
This is a seasonal position with opportunities for longer assignment for the right candidates. The meat trimmer will prepare high quality cuts of meat according to the company standards and adhering to all safety requirements.
Former experience as a meat trimmer
Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation techniques
Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment, such as meat grinders, knives, saws
Wages according to the piecework system (approx. kr 215-230/hr)
Working conditions in accordance with Norwegian Working Law
