Our client is a well-known manufacturer specialized in the series production of luxury watercraft in the district of Würzburg. Come on board and apply immediately as CNC machine operator (m/w/d) in the in-house joinery.
Requisitos do cargo

Tasks for a programmer:
- Creation / editing of NC files considering set-up time optimization
- Optimization of machining processes and CNC programs
- Editing production lists
- Assembly and operation of CNC machines
- Recognizing and eliminating program/machine errors

Tasks for an operator:
- Operate the CNC machine (setup and dismantling; calibrate tools; maintenance and care)
- Bearbeitung von Präzisionsfrästeile an CNC gesteuerten Maschinen
- Einrichten der Maschine, calling up and selecting the preset programs
- Wechsel der Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Aufträg
- Bring about continuous improvement of work results
- Removal of the milled panels using a suction device
- Quality control
Pode constituir uma vantagem
- Several years of professional experience as a CAD/CAM programmer or CNC miller
- Knowledge of working with wood materials is an advantage
- Dealing with MS Office programs
- Reliable, structured and independent way of working
- High quality awareness
- Teamwork
- Driving license and car are an advantage to reach the workplace
- Knowledge of German is required
