ALHomecare is a specialist Healthcare recruitment agency based in Ireland. We pride ourselves on the support we provide to our elderly and to the carers we place in their homes. We are currently recruiting for the position of LIVE-IN Care Assistant in settings across Ireland. Candidates must be enthusiastic and empathetic, wanting to make a real difference to people's lives, in return ALHomecare does not charge any recruitment fees but offers exceptional employment packages.
Requisitos do cargo
- Demonstrable one-year experience with the elderly (either with family or/and in the private sector)
- Gentle and clear verbal communication skills
- Basic level of English (English tuition available by ALHomecare if required)
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- A desire to help people
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Willing to engage in continuous learning
