What we offer

You can expect and look forward to join a small dedicated legal and IPR team which handles all legal and IPR matters in KK Group. In the position, you will gain deep insight to the day-to-day business operations of KK Wind Solutions, and have the possibility to bridge the needs of a fast-paced international and cross-cultural company with legal considerations. You will have a diverse role and have the opportunity to handle a wide range of disciplines within the legal area and in the entire group where the majority of tasks will be within contracts and all elements thereof, e.g. contract drafting, alignment with the organization and other stakeholders, contract negotiations with world leading wind turbine manufacturers, suppliers, etc.

The role

You will be a part of the dedicated Legal & IPR Department in Ikast where your main responsibilities will be to e.g.:

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts with customers, suppliers and other cooperating parties,

• Manage day-to-day legal issues and provide general legal support to the organization,

• Participate in M&A activities to support the further expansion of KK Wind Solutions,

• Communicate and handle liability and compliance risks,

• Participate in cross functional teams in various projects, and

• Take part in strategic projects within the Legal & IPR Department e.g. implementation of our new IT-setup and development and implementation of a contract management system.

The profile

We seek a person who;

• has a master’s degree in Law or Business Law, supplemented by more than 5 years of experience from a law firm or an in-house legal position,

• has professional pride and constantly pursuing improvements when providing legal services,

• has a profound experience in working with contracts and handling risks and liabilities derived therefrom, and

• is able to work efficiently, independently and from time to time under pressure with tight deadlines.
