IT Technology Engineer SAP/ABAP (Atlas Copco)

Your new workplace As SAP ABAP expert you will be part of our ERP and Finance Applications team. This team is responsible for the lifecycle of the ERP and Finance oriented information systems for product companies. Our main goals? Continuously striving for a close alignment with our internal business customer. We are responsible for the development of new functionalities, the continuous improvement of existing applications as well as the day-to-day IT support. How you will spend your days As SAP ABAP expert you will be in charge of building and maintaining a new SAP platform for our Service Centers globally. To do so, you will translate functional specifications into technical designs in close collaboration with our functional analysts: together you will develop applications that increase customer satisfaction levels. Building applications As a technical expert you will build applications in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori GUI for different modules (SD, MM, FI…). You will be responsible for technical program documentation in order to promote and further develop the expertise. Solving problems As a true problem solver you are in direct contact with the end-users in case of issues with the programmed applications. It is your ambition to find solutions to the problems. Providing training and advice As a teamplayer you love to share knowledge and to provide training. You provide advice with respect to the SAP knowledge and competence domains. You will report to the ERP and Fincance Applications Team Leader. Furthermore, you will have frequent interaction with business (key-)users as well as with colleagues from the various IT departments within Atlas Copco and external suppliers.

Must haves

• Experience with ABAP, SAP Fiori and Adobe Forms
• Knowledge of ALE set-ups, ADS and iDocs

Nice to haves

• A Master’s degree in Information Technology or Systems (We do consider your application if you are equal by experience)
• Experience with and understanding of logistical processes
• Knowledge of following SAP modules: MM, FI, CO, SD, WM, PP
