IT Support Specialist – Internship
We are looking for an open-minded, communicative and technically competent IT Service Desk support specialist to strengthen our onsite team, which offers our employees competent advice on various IT topics.
You will support the IT Team providing support for our employees for the entire landscape of IT services including hardware, digital workplace, systems and applications, equipment, etc. as well as support to follow established processes in managing incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
In your role you will be part of Service Desk Team.
IT Diploma (a IT Bachelor’s Degree or Similar is considered a plus)
Good knowledge of Italian and business fluency in English (C1)
Teamwork and resilience
Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite/ Office 365, Skype for Business
Familiarity with video conferencing and other audio/video equipment and technologies
