This role is part of a team that support the Global Customer Operations organization by developing and delivering effective and efficient communication to employees around the world. Based in the EMEA region, this role is responsible for supporting the GCO leadership team in EMEA to communicate effectively with their teams. In addition, the successful candidate will lead communications for global projects and support their other regional and employee communication colleagues with strategic projects. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

This role is part of a team that support the Global Customer Operations organization by developing and delivering effective and efficient communication to employees around the world. Based in the EMEA region, this role is responsible for supporting the GCO leadership team in EMEA to communicate effectively with their teams. In addition, the successful candidate will lead communications for global projects and support their other regional and employee communication colleagues with strategic projects.

The role requires an ability to interact professionally with senior level executives and their teams, as well as external agencies. We are looking for a positive individual with high energy and an enablement mindset to invest in the success of the business and the Global Customer Operations organization. This position requires the individual to exercise excellent judgment and have the initiative to operate in a self-sufficient manner. He/she will have a high degree of flexibility, can operate effectively in a very fast moving environment and has a strong ability to multi-task and solve expeditiously.

Job Requirements:

Develop and support the overall execution of a Global Communications Strategy for GCO, ensuring messages are efficient and effective, and delivered in a timely manner.

Support the local Functional Directors and Site Leaders with their messaging and communications plans, aligning with the overall GCO communications strategy and approach.

Support change management initiatives by developing effective communication plans that inform and support the leadership team to effectively communicate and explain the change and bring their teams through the change curve empathetically.

Partner with colleagues in the employee communications team to align GCO communications to company messaging and timing.

Develop processes for managing content delivery across a range of communication channels and for identifying the right channels for communications.

Co-ordinate the development of newsletters and web site content.

Produce and circulate communications to support key Global Customer Operations events and initiatives.

Proactively manage internal communication calendars that include all major milestones.
