Your mission:
Integrated in Rovensa’s Internal Audit & Risk Management area, this position has the responsibility to lead and execute internal audit assignments in finance and operations of the Rovensa Group, identify risks and provide recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of internal control systems, compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations, and effective and efficient use of resources within the Rovensa Group.
Key tasks and Activities:
·Independently lead and execute risk-based information technology (IT) and integrated audits in accordance with the annual audit plan to assess risks for key business processes
·Conduct advisory projects of information security and business continuity standards
·Prepare audit reports to document audit scope, procedures, findings, and recommendations. Interpret the significance of audit findings, draw conclusions from findings, and make practical recommendations for remediation
·Perform periodic follow-up on outstanding management actions from past projects
·Employ computer-assisted auditing tools and be responsible for the development of continuous monitoring and automated auditing, implementing a more data driven and technology enabled audit life cycle
·Assist in the management of the information system supporting the department activity
·Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a risk-based audit plan for IT-related areas
·Work collaboratively with other team members, sharing knowledge and experience. Continuously seek opportunities for audit process improvement
·Ensure overall quality and consistency of audit work, and adherence to department and professional standards for audits.
The talent we are looking for:
·Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT auditing, ideally in a multicultural/multilingual corporate environment
·IT-related qualifications valued (CISA, ISO 27001 LA, COBIT5, ITIL)
·Knowledge in any data analysis techniques and tools (e.g. ACL, PowerBI).
·Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
·Enthusiastic, self-motivated, strong interest in learning, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability
·Quick learner, team oriented, and ability to work with partners in different areas of organization and locations supporting business objectives
·Excellent Portuguese and English proficiency, oral and in writing (Spanish is a plus)
·International travel required up to 20%
