Holiday Centre Pra' delle Torri, 4-star tourist village located in the area of Caorle (VE), looking for people to be inserted within the info office to play the role of information/desk.
The figure, working closely with the office manager, performs reception and customer service activities during the stay.
Main activities:
-Reception of customers in order to provide information on services and internal and external activities;
-Management of e-mail and telephone switchboard;
-Deposit management and key delivery;
-Management of failure reports and activation of maintenance services;
-Collaboration with the housekeeping department for customer requests;
-Collection and management of complaints;
- Allocation of beach place, including the daily sale of sunbeds;
-Sale of excursions, tickets for local transport and transfer booking;
-Management of lost property.


Place of work: Viale Altanea 201, 30021 Caorle (Venice)
Working hours: 40 hours per week, shift work

Requisitos do cargo

Skills required:
• Secondary school diploma
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Knowledge of German and English at a B2 level
