Your responsibilities

 

 

  • You will provide expert Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Sustainability advice to the Renewables HSSE-S Team in the Renewables business throughout Europe
  • They are responsible for the development and implementation of the HSSE-S programmes:
    • Renewables Health and Wellbeing Program
    • Renewables Regulative compliance program
    • Renewables Contractor Safety Program
    • Renewables Supplier and Contractor selection and onboarding program
    • And new programs
  • You will Inspect/Audit and facilitate HSSE-S compliance and standards related the programs
  • You will be the Renewables Health Ambassador to represent the business in the Corporate HSSE-S Team. You will develop and execute the Annual Health Month program
  • You will establish mechanisms to demonstrate regulative compliance for the Renewables business in Europe
  • You will work directly with Project HSSE-S Managers and Procurement function to develop and implement the Contractor and Supplier Safety Program
  • You shall work collaboratively with the Renewables Functions, Leadership team and Central HSSE-S Team
  • You will drive thoughtful and pragmatic change, inspire innovative thinking and continuous improvement, and model adaptability through resourcefulness, flexibility, and positivity
Requisitos do cargo

Your profile

 

  • You will hold at least 5 years of professional experience
  • You shall have experience of providing HSSE-S expert support in a project environment
  • You will be able to manage multiple priorities and risks and deploy your time effectively to support Renewables functions
  • You will have well-developed communication and influence skills, as well as the ability to engage and motivate people at all levels
  • HSSE-S management experience/expertise or qualification
  • Experience in Managing HSSE Legal compliance of business activities
