Hotel Staff for soon-to-open boutique hotel in Bergen, Norway
We are hiring for the following positions:
Head chef, chefs, sommeliers, waiter/ waitresses, bartenders, housekeepers.
As a Head Chef: A key position that will have a main impact on developing our concept of Hotel Charmante together with the managing team. Your experience with French cuisine and background as a manager, will be an advantage to lead towards our goal to create a unique and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for the daily operations of our Brasserie, developing menus, having control of budget, inventory, personnel, creating and training our team of chefs.
As a sous chef: You will in this position lead our team of chefs together with the head chef. You have experience as a chef and is eager to develop your skills as a leader and a concept that its goal is to create a unique dining experience in Bergen. You are motivated to expand your knowledge within the food industry in a diversity workplace.
You have relevant background as a chef and as a leader, culinary certificate is an advantage, but previous work experience can be compensated for lack of professional certificate.
As a chef: You have experience in the food industry and want to develope your skills and knowledge. You want to be a part of a team that` s goal is to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience in Bergen through your passion of food.

As a sommelier: You are passionate about creating a unique experience of food and beverage in our restaurant. If you are interested in developing your skills and knowledge in this area of work, we would like to hear from you, also if you have not yet completed your education as a sommelier.
As a bartender: You are creating a show of spectacular cocktails for the restaurant and bar. You are responsible for creating an unique experience of food and beverage for our guests!
As a housekeeper: You are committed to deliver high quality work, so that both guests and staff experience the hotel as excellent. Your job will be to clean and prepare the hotel rooms for new guests, as well as other tasks related.
As a waiter/ waitress: You are responsible for our guest experience. Together with the different departments of food and beverage you ensure that our guest is served with the best quality of service. Creating an atmosphere and experience that our guests will appreciate and want to come back for. Experience is not a requirement, as long as you are keen and eager to learn about the hospitality industry training will be given.
