Grundfos is looking for a strategic and organized Senior Strategy Deployment Specialist whowill be working closely with our Executive Finance Leadership team and the CFO driving the deployment of an ambitious global Finance strategy.  The  Finance organization in Grundfos became one global Finance Organization January 1st, 2021 and consist today of approx. 680 employees spread on 55 locations.

What is the role about

The Senior Strategy specialist will on a day-to-day basis be working closely together with our Executive Finance leadership team governing and facilitating the global Finance Strategy process with specific focus on the Finance Strategy Deployment Map - from planning to execution.  This role will lead and take part in co-driving and supporting  annual wheel of tasks driven by the leadership  team and  have a key role in supporting and co-driving leadership meetings and other finance sessions, part of the finance governance structure cadence.

Furthermore you will

  • Be a part of the annual corporate strategy process network, focusing on orchestrating /governing the Finance  strategy process from planning through execution.
  • Drive the yearly Finance strategic portfolio management process and reporting. Including preparation of finance strategic portfolio reviews, strong project management, collecting and consolidating input, material preparation and facilitation support.
  • Project manager on specific and agreed Finance projects/tasks.
  • Governing the annual Finance wheel ensure all planning activities are in sync.
  • Organise finance leadership team meetings, extended finance leadership meetings ,Townhall meetings, etc. This includes preparing presentations, analyses, and extracting main take-aways and do follow up.
  • Doing communication and engagement around strategy deployment, milestone celebrations, progress communication and other engagement activities linked to strategy deployment.

Could this be you

We imagine you have a master degree within strategy, management, finance, business, economics or similar combined with 3+ years of relevant work experience. Ideally you would have experience with facilitating strategy from within a global/big function.

As a person you have a big drive, excellent in building up relations, strong project management/ coordination skills and a good understanding of financials. You are persuasive and articulate and able to influence and negotiate with senior leaders . You provide objective and fact based decision support to stakeholders, have an eye for important details, are structured and good in meeting deadlines. Being fluent in English is a must, so is strong skills in excell, powerpoint and building presentations .
