General Dentist

For our state-of-the-art dental care practice, we are looking for a dentist who is enthusiastic and passionate, likes to work with people, communicates well and is challenged to work with modern materials and equipment.

As General Dentist your duties include:

• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, repairs, root canals, surgical extractions, implants and cosmetic dentistry.

• Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health.

• Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications as necessary.

• Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations.

• Supervise the work of professional, technical and administrative staff.

We offer this training in collaboration with the DPA Dentistry Academy.

DPA Dentistry is willing to offer a 16 to 20 week course to prepare you to work as a dentist in the Netherlands. During this program, you also receive personal and intensive supervision to get accustomed to working in The Netherlands.

The program consists of:

• Intensive Dutch language training from experienced tutors in Seefeld (Austria)

• Education about the Dutch dentistry protocols

• Accommodation and transport (flights)

• Paperwork and registrations • Guidance for 3,5 years

• Dutch language exam (B2+) after finishing the course

DPA Dentistry will invest and prepay €49.800,- (including interest), which contains all the costs mentioned above. You will be allowed a period of 3,5 years for redeeming the invested costs per month (€1245,- euros). Providing the relatively high salary, you still earn a salary in line with the Dutch dentistry sector. After having finished the DPA-program, we will offer a training period of 4-6 weeks in our dental clinic (€250,- euros per week as allowance).

After having successfully followed the training period, you obtain salaried employment or acts as a self-employed person at our dental practice for at least 6-12 months with options to prolongation. Due to our specific training program, European residents with a European University Degree in Dentistry/ Dental Care can apply for this job vacancy. At least six months of work experience.
