As part of the Functional Excellence team within Vestas Service Industrialization (VSI), you will be embedded in a global organization that implements strategic initiatives and ensures standardized ways of working across regions. This team operates at the intersection of VTO, Service, and PLM execution, empowering cross-functional collaboration and delivering high-impact solutions.

We are looking for a strategically minded Functional Excellence Lead who can efficiently lead projects, connect the dots across complex systems, and promote alignment among diverse stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping and executing initiatives that enhance SBOM processes, ensure compliance, and elevate operational quality.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and oversee strategic initiatives across VSI and FE&T, with a focus on SBOM and process excellence
  • Act as a point of contact across departments, enabling collaboration and alignment on complex topics
  • Represent Functional Excellence in cross-functional forums, ensuring business needs are met
  • Develop and present compelling business cases and project proposals to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes, compliance standards, and quality expectations
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and data integrity in all initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices for SBOM and PLM
  • Apply analytical skills to identify challenges, enable problem-solving, and present effective solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and promote a culture of collaboration
Requisitos do cargo

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic project management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SBOM (Service Bill of Materials) and PLM systems
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and implementing change across complex organizations

 

Competencies

  • Strategic mindset with effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SBOM, spare parts, tools, and PLM
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Process-oriented with a focus on compliance, structure, and quality
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to manage tasks diligently and lead initiatives with consistency
