💪 As the linchpin of the entertainment team, here is a glimpse of what your day-to-day work will involve:
Team management: ensuring team cohesion and well-being, explaining and enforcing guidelines
Organizing activities: helping to plan and carry out activities, scheduling shows and events
Monitoring customer satisfaction: talking with vacationers, passing on comments and observations, suggesting areas for improvement
Coordinating the department: maintaining continuity of services when necessary, assisting the entertainment manager with their various tasks

Rattaché au responsable d’animation, vous êtes présent en permanence sur le terrain : au quotidien, vous partagez votre bonne humeur et votre enthousiasme auprès des clients et des équipes !
💪 Pivot de l’équipe d’animation, voici un avant-goût de votre quotidien :
- Management de l’équipe : être attentif à la cohésion et au bien-être des collaborateurs, expliquer et faire respecter les consignes
- Organisation des animations : contribuer à la mise en scène et à la réalisation des activités, planifier les spectacles et les événements
- Suivi de la satisfaction client : échanger avec les vacanciers, transmettre les remarques et les observations, proposer des axes d’amélioration
- Coordination du service : maintenir en cas de besoin la continuité des prestations, assister le responsable animation dans ses différentes tâches
You already have experience working in a vacation club in the entertainment sector.
We offer on-site accommodation and meals in exchange for a contribution (between €150 and €180 per month).
