General Summary:

Will be responsible for managing Facebook’s existing SMB advertising accounts via phone and email. This includes the designing of new campaigns, optimizing existing campaigns, measuring the performance and return of investment of these campaigns, and supporting your advertisers with any platform issues.


Responsibilities:

•Manage a fixed list of 40-70 advertising accounts.
•Develop and/or optimize their campaign strategies.
•Reactively follow up on their platform issues.
•Support and handling of inquiries from advertising platform and maintain client relationships.
•Up-selling of products, both from converting inbound inquiries into a sale and through follow-up calls and emails.
•Maximize their return on investment.
•Proactively offer them new products.
•Reactively follow up on their platform issues.
•Identify trends to enhance the customer support process.
•Work cross-functionally with sales teams.



Working Conditions:
•Salary: 
oFix: 18.000€ base salary, gross per year.
oVariable: 5.000€ + 2.000€ variable bonus, gross per year.
•Location: Barcelona
•Contract: Long Term Contract (Obra y Servicio)
•Free languages courses in Spanish / Catalan.

Job Specifications:

•French native or fluent speakers
•Fluency in spoken English.

•Entrepreneurial and business mind-set for a revenue-driven Facebook.
•Marketing / Advertising background.
•Sales experience a bonus but not required.
•Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team setting.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native language.
•Knowledge of Facebook advertising will be a strong plus.
•Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
