Join the Food & Beverage team at The Westin Palace Milan and take your first steps into the world of luxury hospitality. As an F&B Service Trainee, you will support our restaurant and bar teams in delivering warm, attentive, and refined service to guests from all over the world.
What you’ll do
- Assist in setting up, serving, and clearing tables in accordance with Westin standards.
- Welcome guests with professionalism, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Support the team with daily operations, including buffet service, room service, and events.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
- Learn and apply brand service standards, gaining exposure to premium hospitality practices.
What we’re looking for A positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong teamwork spirit, and passion for guest service. Flexibility, curiosity, and good communication skills are key.
Requisitos do cargo
- Education: Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or F&B school program (or recent graduate).
- Languages: Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer‑service mindset.
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team.
- Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Eligibility: Authorization to work in Italy.
