Your Role
You are the front face of our service, a confident, polished professional who prioritises the guest experience above all else.
This is not a task-driven role. It’s about reading the room, anticipating needs, and creating a seamless, engaging experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
You will lead from the floor, setting the tone for service excellence and supporting your team to deliver consistently outstanding hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, guest-focused service at all times
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor—engaging, guiding, and elevating the guest experience
- Build genuine connections with guests through confident, articulate communication
- Anticipate needs and respond with attention, care, and professionalism
- Support and guide junior team members, leading by example
- Ensure smooth service flow while keeping the focus firmly on the guest experience
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to create a seamless dining experience

- Exceptional command of English, with confident, polished communication
