Your tasks
- Identification of access barriers at the national level and development and implementation of strategies to overcome them
- Close collaboration with local and global colleagues from Medical, Marketing, and Regulatory & Pricing
- Participation in the development, support, and evaluation of scientific data collection in collaboration with the Medical department
- Leading cross-functional project teams to prepare a dossier for the benefit assessment according to Section 35a of the Social Code (SGB V) (AMNOG dossiers)
- Preparation and implementation of G-BA consultations, comment procedures, and hearings, as well as preparation and participation in price negotiations according to Section 130b of the Social Code (SGB V)
- Development and implementation of a market access strategy within the framework of the brand plans and the general global strategy to achieve the best possible market access in the outpatient and clinical sectors
- Analysis and monitoring of indication-specific market conditions and competitors with regard to pricing and market access
Requisitos do cargo
Experience
- A leader with a can-do attitude and a focus on people
- A degree in natural sciences, economics, or a related field
- A doctorate, pharmacy, or medical degree is advantageous
- Several years of professional experience and relevant experience in market access, preferably in the areas of specialty medicine and anti-infectives
- Fluent English and German
- Strong interpersonal skills for working in a fast-paced matrix organization
