At DIS, we are looking to further expand our capabilities within embedded solutions. We are therefore looking for a skilled experienced Hardware Engineer to join the team at our department in Ballerup near Copenhagen.

As a Hardware Engineer at DIS, you will experience an independent job in a varied workday with professional challenges matching your areas of expertise. You will be involved in small and large development projects and will be responsible for project execution in close dialogue with customers across different industries. We are experts in challenging the problems of our customers by integrating and transferring our broad industry experience for new and unique solutions to be created.

 

You are going to solve tasks both individually as well as in teams at our office or as a consultant at the customer location. Our customers span with a big variety of challenges and products. In close corporation with your highly skilled colleagues, you can look forward to growing your skills and you will never work alone.

 

We work within many areas of Hardware development, like audio, toys, power electronics, wired/wireless communications, control systems, board layout, motor drivers, water utilities and much more.

Requisitos do cargo

You work project-oriented with technical solutions and development

We require that you hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and that you have experience working as a development engineer. We imagine that you can take on several roles during the project within specification, design and construction, test and documentation. Furthermore, it is essential that you:

  • Have minimum 3 years documented experience within embedded electronic development
  • Have experience with design of micro-processor circuits, including interface circuits etc. or you have experience with analog electronics like Power or wireless
  • Have experience with circuit simulation
  • Are familiar with sensor technologies and validation test

 

It would be an advantage if you are experienced or have knowledge within one or more of the following areas as well:

  • Development of hardware for mechatronic devices together with other areas, such as software or mechanics
  • Advanced test, including different environmental, HALT and EMC tests
  • Wireless solutions
  • PCB layout
