We are a family owned property which grows every year, and we invest in the development of our staff, through trainings and learning. You will have a key role in our business, running and developing it further. We have fast decision-making processes and constantly seek to develop our business, where our staff play a key role.
Each year, we welcome more guests to our hotel and restaurant and this year, we have expanded with 12 new hotel rooms. During the autumn/winter, we will be expanding our manor with a new, larger kitchen, as well as new meeting rooms.
At Gränsö Slott, we have both salons and dining rooms available to our guests. Our evenings are somewhat of a “three-dimensional theatre”, where the manor is our stage and both guests and personnel create and share the experience. Gränsö Slott is investing further in guest service and we are looking to hire an experienced chef-bartender in our spa and pool bar. So you are both preparing food as well as serving guests. We are looking for an experienced cold kitchen chef who has previously worked in both kitchen and as waiter/waitress/bartender. We think you are dedicated to give your best and enjoy to make the guest happy and content.
You start with 6 months prohibition period and for the right candidate it's possible to get a permanent position.
We will assist you finding accommodation at low cost.
Relevant experience both as chef in cold kitchen and as waiter/waitress/bartender.
Very good English.
