DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THE EL DELFÍN VERDE RESORTS ANIMATION TEAM IN THE NEXT SEASON 2024? Well you're in luck because... we're hiring! If you are dying to have the best summer of your life, read carefully until the end.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The El Delfin Verde Resorts daytime activities program is very extensive and varied, so we need to cover the following profiles:

- Entertainer with Miniclub profile: organize and carry out children's games for children between 4 and 8 years old (gymkhanas, face painting, crafts...)

- Entertainer with Maxiclub profile: energize activities for children between 8 and 12 years old (ping-pong, molky, basketball, football...)

- Entertainer with a Sports profile: organize sports activities with teenagers and adults (football, basketball, padel, tennis, beach volleyball tournaments...)

- Entertainer with a Fitness profile: direct physical activities with adults (zumba, yoga, aquagym, pilates, total body...)

El Delfín Verde is also a benchmark in nighttime entertainment throughout the Costa Brava and has 8 different shows of its own production. As a Delfin Verde animator you will participate in all of them, so we need you to meet these requirements:

- Have a sense of rhythm and dancing skills

- Be able to memorize and execute choreographies with a certain level of complexity

- Be able to speak in public with a microphone

- Team spirit and ability to work as a team

- Good attitude and desire to learn and, above all... a lot of energy!

It is also important that you understand English and speak it fluently, since it is the main language of work and coexistence with the rest of the teammates. It is an international environment and both the clients and the rest of the entertainers come from different parts of Europe. All languages you know are more than welcome!

The season 2024 will start between the months of April-May and will end between the beginning (+- September 8) and the end of September (September 29), and we need you to have full availability in that period of time.

WHAT WE OFFER?

As an entertainer at El Delfín Verde you will enjoy the following conditions:

- Discontinuous fixed contract/minimum salary €1,387.10/gross month x 14 payments

- 1 day and ½ day off

- Accommodation and food included. The rooms are shared and not mixed.

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

El programa de actividades diurnas del Delfín Verde es muy extenso y variado, por lo que necesitamos cubrir los siguientes perfiles:

• Animador/a con perfil Miniclub: organizar y llevar a cabo juegos infantiles para niños de entre 4 y 8 años (gymkhanas, pintacaras, manualidades…)
• Animador/a con perfil Maxiclub: dinamizar actividades para niños de entre 8 y 12 años (ping-pong, molky, baloncesto, fútbol …)
• Animador/a con perfil Deportes: organizar actividades deportivas con adolescentes y adultos (torneos de fútbol, baloncesto, pádel, vóley playa …)
• Animador/a con perfil Fitness: dirigir actividades físicas con adultos (zumba, yoga, aquagym, pilates, total body…)

El Delfín Verde también es referente en animación nocturna en toda la Costa Brava y cuenta con 8 espectáculos diferentes de producción propia. Como animador del Delfín Verde participarás en todos ellos, por lo que necesitamos que cumplas estos requisitos:

• Tener sentido del ritmo y habilidad para el baile
• Ser capaz de memorizar y ejecutar coreografías con un cierto nivel de complejidad
• Ser capaz de hablar en público con micrófono 
• Compañerismo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo
• Buena actitud y ganas de aprender y, sobre todo… ¡mucha energía! 

También es importante que entiendas inglés y lo hables con fluidez, ya que es el idioma principal de trabajo y de convivencia con el resto de compañeros del equipo. Es un ambiente internacional y tanto los clientes como el resto de animadores provienen de diferentes partes de Europa. ¡Todos los idiomas que conozcas son más que bienvenidos!

La temporada 2024 arrancará entre los meses de abril-mayo y terminará entre principios (+- 8 de septiembre) y finales de septiembre (29 de septiembre), y necesitamos que tengas disponibilidad completa en ese periodo de tiempo. 

¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?

Como animador de El Delfín Verde disfrutarás de las siguientes condiciones:

• Contrato fijo discontinuo/salario mínimo 1.387,10 €/bruto mes x 14 pagas
• 1 dia y ½ día libre
• Alojamiento y manutención incluido. Las habitaciones son compartidas y no-mixtas.
