DUTCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER CARE - LISBON
Our client is looking for a passionate Dutch speaking Customer Care to join their team in Lisbon! If you are technically gifted, creative and open-minded, they may have the perfect job for you! You will be part of a team supporting different lines of products. You will together with your colleagues provide reactive phone, email and chat support services with emphasis on troubleshooting, account optimization, upselling and efficient issue resolution to our small and medium businesses clients.
Responsibilities:
• Give the best advices regarding the different queries of the small and medium businesses.
• A trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy; • Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
• Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results. Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and good level of English; • Interest in digital marketing or online advertising platforms;
• Exemplary communication and listening skills;
• Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently;
• Positive mind set; • Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).
