RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH 

  • Being the first point of contact for providing top-tier customer service via phone, email and other channels.  
     
  • Representing the company by proactively turning challenges into solutions.  
  • Coordinating shipments and placing orders with logistics partners. 
  • Guiding customers step-by-step through the shipping process to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Using empathy and quick thinking to adapt to each customer’s unique situation.
  • Partnering with drivers and logistics teams to make sure every shipment flows smoothly.
  • Collaborating with the sales department and other teams.
Requisitos do cargo

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

  • A minimum level V. education. 
  • Fluent knowledge of English,  additional languages are a plus
  • Professional communication skills across different channels. 
  • Passion for customer service.
  • High attention to detail and eagerness to learn new software.  
  • Driven to hit and exceed goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
