Customer Support in Dutch
Do you speak Dutch and like to deal with customers, and help them get the best support experience possible?
We have a position available right now, 100% remote to work from home (you must be living in Portugal), with the starting date set for the beginning of January
If you live in the city of Porto, you can also work in-office if you prefer.
This is a Customer Support position to help B2B clients via telephone, email and chat, all in Dutch. Great English skills are also needed.
You will work in a project with one of the largest online hotel reservations platforms of the world, and help business customers of the Dutch market with any questions they may have about hotel reservations made through the platform.
Dutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
Good knowledge of English;
High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manner;
Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory to work from home (fiber proof will be requested)
- Base salary of 1.600,00€ gross per month (x14 months)
- Dutch language bonus of 100,00€ gross per month (x12);
- Performance bonus of 100,00€ gross per month (x12);
- Meal allowance of 6€ net per day of work, approx. 132,00€ net per month (x12);
- 100% to work-from-home (must live in Portugal and have a fiber optic connection to the internet) OR on-site job if you live in Porto and prefer to go to the office;

If you are selected, you will go through a first month of training - with different payment conditions than the ones listed for the working contract.
It is a full-time job, 8h daily / 40h weekly.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm and 8am to 5pm.
