Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance and repairs of CAE Healthcare products at workshop in Mainz as well as international customer sites.
- Installation and system orientation of CAE Healthcare products.
- First Level Support by telephone, email and/or at customer sites.
- Support of events by CAE Healthcare Academy and Sales and Marketing departments.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the remainder of the CAE Healthcare team and customers in the region.
Job Qualification
- Technical degree, BSc, or equivalent.
- Several years professional experience as Service Technician.
- Experience and knowledge in the fields of electronics, pneumatics and mechanics.
- Excellent computer and networking skills in Mac OS, Linux, Windows and use of software packages e.g. Word, Excel, Salesforce.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to act on own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and German in written and verbal communication. Knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relations with professionalism and courtesy while under pressure.
- Interest in education in health care, clinical skills or bio-medical experience an advantage.
