We are Sesé, a global supply chain solutions provider with over 14,000 professionals in more than 18 countries. We are currently looking for a Customer Quality Technician to join our Industrial Services team in Martorell, Spain.
In this role, you will:
- Define and develop control plans and FMEAs (AMFEs) to assess risks before product delivery.
- Coordinate product audits (VDA6.5) and reflashing activities with internal teams and clients.
- Monitor process/machine capability studies and manage corrective actions.
- Participate in project development phases to ensure engineering and product quality standards.
- Deliver product samples and manage documentation via client platforms (e.g., B2B, BeOn).
- Represent product quality during QPN phases and client meetings.
- Resolve and follow up on non-conformities in collaboration with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Assist in client audits (ACA) and external audits (VDA6.3, IATF).
- Contribute to warranty reviews and maintain quality documentation.
Requisitos do cargo
- University degree in Electronic Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electronics/Electromechanics.
- Knowledge of FMEA (AMFE).
- Understanding of D/TLD concepts.
- Knowledge of IMDS.
- Familiarity with VDA and IATF standards.
