- Overall planning function execution to produce, update, revise and maintain dynamically linked design, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules.
- Communicate schedule, progress and planned progress to the Construction Team, Contractors, Commissioning and Client teams.
- Preparation and updating of Storyboards to support the effective communication of the schedule and progress.
- Monitoring and reporting of trends, highlighting of critical areas and measures required to address them.
- Inputs weekly hours submitted by Contractors to ensure correct manning levels are maintained to achieve the schedule.
- Track and report contractor efficiency.
- Liaises with Construction Management Team’s personnel and tracks construction impacts of changes.
- Assist and issue report for the 4-week look ahead meetings with Construction Management Team and Contractors to ensure all upcoming work is coordinated.
- Assist and issue report for the weekly coordination meeting between all Contractors
- Attend Contractor meetings as required.
- Prepare a monthly schedule update for inclusion in the Monthly report Schedule reporting on Contractors' progress and inputting to weekly / monthly reports.
- Develop and run micro schedules to promote progress or recover slippages in any schedule areas.
- Set up and develop any spread sheets required for Client /Contractor or Construction Management presentations.
- Reports to Construction Manager or delegate.
Requisitos do cargo
- Degree educated or strong trades' background.
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 (or similar), Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good planning/scheduling experience.
- 8 years' experience in the Construction Sector.
- 5 years' experience in the Life-Science and/or Mission Critical Sectors or similar.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
