We are expanding our talented culinary team and are now recruiting for:
- Executive Sous Chef
- Sous Chef
- Junior Sous Chef
These roles are ideal for passionate chefs who want to grow their career in a dynamic, supportive, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities (depending on role):
- Work alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional food for weddings, banquets, restaurants, and events.
- Lead and mentor kitchen teams to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Contribute to menu planning, innovation, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including stock control and ordering.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen (hotel, banqueting, or high-volume dining an advantage).
- A passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Central Park, Carrick-On-Shannon, CO. Leitrim: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work authorisation:
- Ireland (preferred)
