With a bustling food and beverage offering and a reputation for warm hospitality, we’re a favourite for locals, families, and visitors celebrating life’s big moments. Now, we’re expanding our kitchen brigade under an experienced and supportive Head Chef Adrian Biffen.
Key Responsibilities
- Running your own kitchen section with confidence, precision, and pride
- Delivering high‑volume service across multiple outlets without compromising quality
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
- Maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP & H&S)

Collaborating with a passionate team to keep service smooth and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high‑volume kitchen
- A love for local West Cork produce and exceptional food
- Strong knowledge of modern food trends and plating standards
- A positive, team-first attitude and great communication skills
- Calmness under pressure and the ability to stay organised during busy service
