To complete its teams, one of our subsidiaries based in Soisy-sous-Montmorency is recruiting a Heavyweight Driver (F/M) on a permanent contract. The truck and/or super heavy truck driver is responsible for all material loading and unloading operations. As an essential player in the supply of construction sites, you transport in a truck of more than 3.5 tonnes the supplies, materials and/or equipment necessary for the completion of the construction site. You are responsible for loading your truck or trailer on departure and unloading at the various delivery points. You carry out transport-related operations: securing loads, filling in administrative documents, checking goods, representing the company, etc. You are responsible for the proper functioning of your vehicle and its condition, which you check daily and can provide the first level of maintenance. You constantly ensure the safety of people in the area where your vehicle is operating and comply with environmental and safety rules according to labor regulations, the highway code and road transport.
DRIVER'S LICENSE
You master the rules and safety instructions related to the job and have mechanical knowledge allowing you to carry out the 1st level maintenance of the vehicle. Punctuality, prudence, attention and a sense of responsibility are skills that will allow you to succeed in this position.
