BUYER / EXPORT MANAGER
Export managers work on behalf of companies to supervise the sale of goods abroad. The professional profile required reports directly to the Management. The role includes:
- to manage purchases with foreign partners, place orders, manage logistics, follow up production planning;
- to manage relationships with Italian and foreign customers, placing orders and coordinating shipments with foreign partners;
- to transmit the appropriate personalized production instructions for each customer;
- to coordinate the Quality Control activities of collaborators present in the various countries and production sites;
- to have an updated plan of outgoing orders and scheduled shipments;
- to maintain relationships with agents operating in foreign markets;
- to issue sales invoices and all the documentation necessary for foreign customs;
- to verify the conformity of foreign suppliers' documents with current orders and contracts.
Business and econimics degree.
Fluent knowledge of English and French is mandatory.
Previous experience in a similar position, even if in another field, of at least 3 years is mandatory.
Knowledge of a third European language will be an advantage.
The labor contract applied will be CCNL Trade.
