As a bartender you are responsible to create a memorable experience, by providing a friendly and genuine service.



MICRO LEVEL

Mixing Beverages using an extensive range of ingredients.

Preparing and serving appetizers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar.

prepare the drinks respecting the recipes and presentation defined in the technical sheets. Satisfying guests requests in a timely manner.

Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations.

Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests.

Deliver checks and collect bill payments.

Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and backbar to maintain a sanitary environment.

Organizing the backbar to streamline drink preparation and inventory.

Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.

Complying whit all food and beverage regulations.
