The Bartender will be responsible for serving patrons and providing an excellent guest drinking experience. The bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers- expectations. We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and energetic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You should have a passion for mixology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized during busy periods.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, boxes of liquor).
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and have a valid alcohol-serving permit (if required by local laws).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
