MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Service by making the preparations that are entrusted to it and helping the performance of Bartenders.

TASK, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Replenish bar supplies such as liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to ensure bartenders have everything they need during service.

Ensure a sufficient supply of clean glassware is available, wash and polish glasses as needed, and organize them for easy access by bartenders.

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, sinks, and floors, to adhere to health and safety standards.

Assist bartenders in preparing drinks by measuring out ingredients, mixing simple drinks, or pouring beer and wine when the bar is busy.

Deliver drinks from the Bar to the guests' tables promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.

OTHER TASKS

Provide excellent customer service, assisting with customer queries and relaying drink orders to bartenders as needed.
