About the job

You will join the Group Strategy team and become an integral part of lifting our joint agenda which consists of a series of responsibilities for our executive management team. You will lead or participate in:

• Our new corporate strategy implementation work – including co-leading the process and governance needed for executing our new strategy or directly drive some of our strategic bets
• The delivery of key strategic projects directly to top management
• Executive support to CEO and wider Executive Management Team incl. annual business planning process, strategy workshops, presentations to Board of Directors etc.

This position offers you an excellent opportunity to work with strategy and business development directly with our top management and other senior leaders. It will provide you ample of development opportunities as we have very broad exposure to different tasks and network across the full organization.

Group Strategy is part of the larger Strategy & Business Development team anchored with the CFO. The Group Strategy team consists of 8 high-calibre people with e.g. top-tier consulting backgrounds. The team has significant opportunities to truly impact our business as we are working on the most critical strategic projects across the full value chain.

For the right candidate, this could also be the platform for an international career and expatriation in one of our markets abroad.

Who are you

You have a business economics, finance or similar degree at Master’s level and have some years’ experience from a top-tier management-consulting firm or similar kind of experience from the industry. Preferably, you also have relevant industry experience from a large FMCG company. Furthermore we expect that:

• You have project management experience from complex projects with senior project sponsors, i.e. you are able to independently scope and setup analyses and projects, and deliver these on-time and in excellent quality.
• You feel confident in navigating multiple priorities and can manage different stakeholders and team members.
• You are a problem-solver that can work with complex data and advanced financial models to come up with effective solutions.
• You have a strategic mindset that can structure recommendations and create high-quality material to set the direction.

Ideally, you have been part of corporate strategy projects in the past for other global companies.

Moreover, you should be a skilled communicator and change agent with an open mind as you will be working across many markets and organizational areas. Your level of drive lies far above average, and your can-do-attitude enables you to challenge the status quo and come up with ambitious solutions. An excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, and English is a must.

Finally, you are a team player that will be part of a high-performing group of people. As a leader you will engage in developing the Group Strategy team and drive a winning culture across the strategy community.
