- Getting to know and preparing drinks and food
- Service in a buffet restaurant
- Preparing a room for arrival
- Receiving, organizing and monitoring guest requests
- Reception service, preparation work for arrivals and departures
- Hotel cash desk, mail handling, complaint management
- Correspondence with guests, suppliers and business partners
- Telephone service & consulting
- Preparation of presentations for trade fairs and supervision of the trade fair stand
- Development and sales of tourism services and products
- Determination of target group specific needs and customer satisfaction
- Cooperation with external suppliers
- Organization and accounting of events
- Ensuring operational safety, functionality; care and maintenance of technical equipment
- Assistance or independent implementation of programs and children's activities
- Advise guests on operational services and excursion options
- Plan and implement marketing strategies on social media
- Get to know personnel planning as well as recruiting processes
Requisitos do cargo
- minimum age 17 years
- Good written and spoken German (at least B2 certificate)
- High level of service and willingness to serve
- Team and communication skills
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage (English and/or French)
- Organizational and sales talent
- Good manners, pleasant appearance
