- Getting to know and preparing drinks and dishes
- Service in the restaurant
- Receiving, organizing and monitoring guest requests
- Reception service, preparation work for arrivals and departures
- Correspondence with guests, suppliers and business partners
- Working on the floor and helping to check the rooms
- Receiving, organizing and monitoring guest requests and complaints
- Basic kitchen skills such as product knowledge, preparing egg dishes, etc.
- Advise guests on operational services and excursion opportunities
- Participate in F&B management
- Taking and processing reservations
Requisitos do cargo
- Good secondary school diploma, vocational school diploma or high school diploma
- Minimum age 17 years
- Good German language skills, at least a B1 certificate
- High willingness to provide service
- Team and communication skills
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Organizational and sales talent
- Good manners, friendly charisma
