With a history dating back to 1987, the hotel features 345 rooms and a team of 200 professionals, delivering high-quality hospitality services in a breathtaking natural setting. 

Sentido Apollo Palace Hotel is seeking for a talented Chef De Partie for the 2025 season.

Requisitos do cargo
  • Preparation of the workspace
  • Support for the needs of the cold kitchen
  • Preparation of ingredients according to the Chef’s instructions
  • Responsible for their station
  • Compliance with HACCP regulations (hazard analysis and critical control points)
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
Pode constituir uma vantagem
  • Equivalent work experience in a hotel kitchen or in an à la carte restaurant
  • Knowledge of themed cuisine (e.g., Italian, Asian) is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of the English language
  • Familiarity with ISO and HACCP standards
  • Degree in Culinary Arts
