Porto, UTAD (Trás-os-Montes & Alto Douro) and Vigo Universities, in cooperation with IEFP / EURES Portugal and EURES Crossborder Galicia North of Portugal, will be holding the 4th edition of FINDE.U Virtual University International Job Fair, on 9-10 April.

During this event, exhibitors from all over Europe will have the virtual opportunity to initiate contact with more than 60,000 University students and 100,000 graduates / experienced alumni from these 3 Universities – but also with thousands of graduates / alumni from other European higher education institutions looking for a job, a traineeship, a research, entrepreneurship or voluntary work opportunity, who are proficient in an even larger scope of qualifications and skills.

A wide range of options is available for you as an employer. You can publish your job, traineeship or research vacancies, collect and screen applications and conduct online recruitment interviews with pre-selected candidates at a time slot chosen by you. You may as well include a short video on your company page introducing your organization and recruitment needs. 

Technical support and EURES assistance in the matching will be available to you before, during and after the event.

If you are looking for a job, you may apply for jobs / traineeship / research / voluntary work opportunities, meet employers and/or labour market experts from some European countries and eventually be invited for one or more interviews online. A Programme with a full range of workshops and info sessions on job search, soft skills and personal development, entrepreneurship, jobs, traineeships, research and voluntary work opportunities at the European level. There will also be a room for exploring mobility options to different European countries, with job search tips, information on living and working conditions, as well as  on their recruitment needs.  

Your only requirements are: having access to the Internet, a headset with microphone which may be connected to a computer (PC or laptop) / tablet / smartphone (regarding interviews, a webcam and a Skype account are a major plus) and to register before the event.
