KAF Falkenhahn

The Falkenhahn Group has its origins in 1919, when company founder Karl August Falkenhahn founded a construction company in Kreuztal, which over the years has covered virtually all areas of construction activity and has also made a name for itself nationwide for quality, reliability and adherence to deadlines.

Karl August Falkenhahn's distinctive ability to find good employees and then to retain them at the company, true to his motto: "You have to take people as they are and not as you would like them to be", is evidence of foresight but also of humanity in action.

KAF's successors - now in the fourth generation - adopted this insight and the attitude of taking care of employees and their families and their problems with full conviction, and thus managed to establish the prototype of a successful, medium-sized construction company over the decades.

Today, every employee knows that they are challenged, but also protected and helped by the company, so that they can look back with pride on the achievements they have made as part of the team.

This consensus that can be felt in all parts of the company and the satisfaction that goes with it is reflected on every construction site, is also transferred to customers and clients and leaves a lasting impression.
