Teleperformance Poland is currently looking for

Xbox Service Representatives

Location: Warsaw/Poland

who will provide support assistance (technical and non-technical) to Microsoft Xbox users.

The main goal is to provide gamers with the best experience in using the Xbox products.

You will take care of:

• Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning Xbox console, games and accessories;

• Identifying and providing via phone or chat solutions to the Gamers questions and issues;
• Delivering first-class customer experience;
• Creating a positive impression of the support team;

Requirements:

• Excellent Russian/German/Italian written and spoken language skills are a must;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Passion for console, mobile and/or PC gaming;
• Availability to work Monday – Friday (09:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00);
• Technical knowledge, and demonstrated troubleshooting skills will be an asset;
• Desire to be a part of the Gaming industry;
• Valid work permit in Poland.
