Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking a structured and proactive Site Supervisor with experience from concrete and formwork projects
This is a great opportunity to take responsibility for leading teams on exciting construction projects in Bergen and the surrounding area. You will play a key role in ensuring progress, quality and safety on site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily work on-site
- Follow up project schedules and ensure timely progress
- Order and manage materials (concrete, reinforcement steel, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures
- Keep checklists and required documentation updated
- Participate in site meetings and maintain good communication with all stakeholders
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
- Experience as site supervisor, foreman, or similar role in concrete/formwork
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and HSE standards
- Driver's license (B)
- Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or English language skills
