Tourism Assistant in Azores - Portugal
Main Responsibilities:
-Customer service (telephone, email and face-to-face);
- Sale and billing of services;
- Provide information about the island information;
- Assistance in the preparation of activity packages and advice to the final client.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 6 months in service and sales functions;
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory) and second language knowledge valued (Spanish or German);
- Communication and sales capacity;
- Dynamism and organizational capacity and working method;
- Availability to work by shifts
