Team Lead

For our Offshore Project Management department, we are looking for a Team Lead who can drive and develop our team of Project Managers and Junior Project Managers. The Team Lead is expected to achieve development and results through the leadership of both experienced Project Managers and Junior Project Managers. What are my responsibilities? As the Team Lead, your goal is to identify and resolve current challenges in co-operation with your team and other departments in order to develop sustainable solutions. Moreover, your responsibilities will be: • Handling various Team Lead tasks related to the management and leadership of approximately 10 Project Managers and Junior Project Managers • Providing and ensuring the development of both the experienced Project Managers and the Junior Project Managers including the planning of their project management certification • Participating in the management team • Ensuring follow up on specific issues escalated from the team What do I need to qualify for this job? Preferably, you have a technical background. It is essential that you have leadership experience within project management. You are courageous, result oriented and posses a huge drive. You are motivated by facing up challenges and enjoy being the main character in the role as leader of your team. It is important that you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role as a Team Lead requires a strong leader with a large overview and the ability to work analytically and dedicated with a “sense of urgency”. Of course, you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Finally, you handle various IT tools with ease.
