Sous Chef
At Castleknock Hotel we are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our Bar & Restaurant Team. This role is full time Competitive rate of pay in line with relevant experience. Salary range €32,000 - €38,000 per year, gross.
What we require from our applicants:
· At least 2 years experience working as a Junior Sous Chef, or a Sous Chef.
· The ability to engage well with team members to provide an outstanding and unforgettable food experience for guests · Excellent attention to detail & a high level of HACCP knowledge
· The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure, in all areas of the kitchen where needed
· Outgoing and friendly personality
· Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
· Be committed to the team and the Hotel
· Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
