Location: Kurikka, Finland (about 35 km south of Seinäjoki)

Job Description:

• Positions involve welding and grinding, with a strong emphasis on grinding.
• Employment is long-term through Wulff Works, with the potential for permanent positions after at least one year.
• Candidates must pass a welding test conducted by the client.
• Basic English skills are required to understand verbal instructions.
• Welding certifications will be arranged if not already held, and passing these certifications is mandatory.

Salary:

• Based on the technology industry’s collective agreement, with a basic hourly rate of €12.79 - €13.43.
• Additional components include a 6-9% personal salary component and a 6.3% working time reduction compensation.
• Production allowance varies between €0/h to €4/h.

Housing:

• Housing will be arranged, either in smaller flats for 2 people or a larger flat for 4-5 people.
• Rent is estimated at €200-€250 per month, automatically deducted from the salary.
• Apartments will be fully furnished, including essentials like bed linens, dinnerware, and a washing machine.

Travel:

• Personal car use is encouraged.
• If flights are required, the costs will be covered upfront but later deducted from the salary.
• Cars can be provided at a cost of approximately €70-€100 per month per person.

• Welding and grinding (grinding is very important part of the job)
•  Using overhead cranes is part of the welders´duties. Finished cabins weigh around 1500-2000kg
• Cabability to read and understand mechanical blueprints
• Jobs are located at the "heavy" side of the welding unit, materials are thick steel plates. Weldings are very thick aswell.
• Customer will conduct a welding test, and based on the test they will decide whether the welders is accepted or not
• Welding department will be working in shifts, morning shift starts at 6:00am and evening shift starts at 2:00pm
• Welding certifications will be arranged if not already held. However certifications must be passed for the work to start
• It is important to know the basics of the English language to understand verbal instructions
   

• Customer values punctuality very much, so this is very important. 

Long term employment via Wulff Works Green, possibility to obtain permanent jobs. But at least for a year.

• English language is mandatory
