Responsibilities:

  • Validating documents against client specific compliance standards,
  • Supporting other team members with answering more complex queries and managing challenging customers,
  • Day to day contact with Contingent Workforce Solutions administration team,
  • Working with the Clients Services Manager, on-site Business Assurance and Compliance manager
  • Ensuring that data integrity, accuracy and Service Level Agreements are met by team,
  • Actively participation in various operational calls,

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and good phone manner,
  • Willingness to develop yourself in Recruitment area,
  • You should be fluent in English,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities,
  • Analytical mind, attention to details and practical approach,
  • Permanent, contingent or temporary administration experience.
