We are urgently looking for Senior Java Developer to work at the European Commission in Brussels. Candidates need to be fluent in English. European candidates are welcome to apply. Work permit is required.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Test driven development and maintenance of web-based applications with JAVA EE
  • Development and integration of technological components
  • Implementation of user requirements
  • Prototyping
  • Elaboration of test programs
  • Integration with other applications

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • +5 years of Java/J2EE development
  • Good knowledge of Spring and Hibernate
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or RUP is an advantage, but not required
  • Fluent in English
